First Brevard now has equity loans for 2nd homes and Vacation homes up to 100% loan to value including Condos. Easy Condo loans without Condo   guidelines. 

We now have a full FNMA Application specifically for first mortgages but may be used for other loans as well. It is a little more detailed but worth filling out because that may be all the information we need to close your loan in many cases. You may achieve the same results with the Short Form as well with some of our other loan products. 

We also have an extremely useful new Loan Calculator to help you figure out loan payments and to help you to determine what you can afford. 

You can now get your credit report online with Equifax, just click on the link below.

First Brevard's web site now has it's rates published every day. Just click on the rates button on the left navigation bar on our home page and it will take you to the rates page.  We will publish rates after 10:00 am everyday.  Rates are subject to change at any time. You can also call us at 321-757-7367 to get current rates.
